Weekly iyengar Yoga Classes

We offer classes for beginners to intermediate students. A consistent, well-rounded practice of Iyengar Yoga will improve immune function, increase range of motion, strengthen the entire body, and cultivate greater mental clarity. Class size is limited to 12 students, so our Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers are able to give each student individualized guidance whenever it is called for.

Private Sessions & yoga therapy

Whether you seek to manage pain naturally, recover from an injury or surgery, or manage a chronic condition, one-on-one sessions are a great way to start or re-invigorate your yoga practice. Our highly experienced teachers are skilled in working with injuries and health issues including:

  • Healing musculoskeletal problems (low back pain, knee problems, neck and shoulders, etc.)

  • Managing depression, anxiety, emotions, and stress

  • Improving systems function, including digestive, circulatory, respiratory, and nervous systems
